Refund policy

All sales are final and there are NO Refunds allowed. NO exceptions. We are delighted to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt of order to qualify for store credit except for BLACK FRIDAY & ANNIVERSARY SALES. Black Friday & Anniversary sales are final sales no refunds or exchanges. Any return request received outside of 7 day of receipt of order is disqualified for store credit. The product must be in the same packaging and condition it was shipped (resellable condition).  The hair must have not been opened, unraveled, worn, tampered with, or altered in any way. No exceptions.
