Quality Control

There are two phases in our quality process, the testing phase, and the inspection phase. 

Phase One - Testing 

We test each item before determining to supply any vendor. This process begins as soon as we receive any new hair. We start by installing the hair in a traditional sew-in, all with the lace product. We then bleach the hair, then lift and deposit color to see how it responds. We also shampoo the hair, documenting any coatings on the hair. 

These steps in our process help ensure that the hair's initial quality remains the same through regular use. 

Phase Two - Inspection 

During phase two, we check for any odors in the hair. We also look for tangles and also note how the hair sheds. As an essential part, we always weigh the hair to guarantee it meets our weight guidelines of 3.3 ounces or higher. We conclude by inspecting the weft and determining the longevity of the hair.
